The advent of spring marks beginning of fabulous things, Summers for example. The onset of summers call for a lot of excitements, vacation trips and fun.
Considering the scorching heat, summers can also be harsh and challenging. Hence demanding  that we take perfect care of ourselves and our dear ones.

  1. Stay hydrated- Excess of heat causes reduction in the fluids of the body. Consume lots and lots of water to keep your body hydrated. This ensures you feel active throughout the day.
    You may also want to consume ‘Lime water’ It makes a delicious substitute for aerated cold drinks and keeps your blood sugar level intact. It can easily be prepared at home and carried wherever you go.

  1. Wear ‘Light Coloured’ clothes- Dark colour clothes (black, red etc.) are excellent absorbers of heat and just the reason they should be avoided in the summer seasons. Go for light coloured clothes as they let the air pass through and keep you sweat free. ‘Cotton clothes’ are the ideal thing to invest your money in summers.

  1. Eat Juicy fruits- The market places gets flooded with juicy fruits such as watermelons, muskmelons etc. They hydrate without bloating and are easily available in the market.
  2. Sunscreens- Summer skin needs utmost care so use sunscreens!
    Wear a SPF of 50 to help preventing your body from tanning, blisters and sunburn.
  3. Accessorize- You should also cover yourselves by wearing a hat and sunglasses when stepping out during afternoons.
